Job summary

Radius Recycling is seeking a Field Title Clerk I to deliver high-quality customer service through the vehicle purchasing process. You will verify documents, ensure compliant forms, and support ownership transfers in a fast-paced auto-salvage yard setting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, data-entry skills, and the ability to work outdoors in varied weather. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; flexible shifts and strong organization help you succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
• Proficiency in data entry and email communication.
• Ability to work in various outdoor weather conditions.
• Must read, understand and follow English instructions.
• Flexible shifts with possible overtime.
• Basic automotive knowledge is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify ownership documents match VINs and ensure legal compliance.
• Schedule customer and tow vendor pickups promptly.
• Process vehicle purchases per laws and company policy.
• Receive and record daily vehicles in the database.
• Issue payments for vehicles and tow services accurately.
• Maintain files for routing sheets, transfers, sales, and purchases.
• Handle calls and faxes in a prompt, professional manner.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Complete due diligence on the weekly exception list.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
