Team Karl Malone Park City, Utah is seeking an in-house Title Clerk and Accounting Assistant to support accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax, and title documentation.

You will process vehicle registrations, assist the accounting team, and maintain positive relationships with customers and staff. Qualifications

• Experience with accounting tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Processing tax and title documents and vehicle registrations is a plus.
• Strong communication and data entry skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct customer inquiries
• Process new and used vehicles for registration
• Prepare tax and title documents
• Submit all legal transfer work to DMV
• Perform accounting tasks including AP/AR and GL entries
• Provide support to the accounting team
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and staff
