Job summary

Western Management Group is seeking a Vehicle Technician to support the Las Vegas Monorail system in a hands-on maintenance role. You will work on monorail vehicles and their electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic subsystems, performing inspections, repairs, and adjustments per manuals and drawings.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of electrical or mechanical experience or related technical training and must be able to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and overtime as needed.

• Supporting the operations and maintenance of the Las Vegas Monorail system
• Performing corrective and preventative maintenance, inspections, repairs and adjustments to monorail vehicles, its subsystems and components of an electronic, mechanical, electro/mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic nature
• Repairing or replacing defective parts, equipment utilizing manuals, drawings, specs and other written or verbal instructions
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings, holidays and overtime as needed.

The Vehicle Technician is responsible for:

• Supporting the operations and maintenance of the Las Vegas Monorail system


• Performing corrective and preventative maintenance, inspections, repairs and adjustments to monorail vehicles, its subsystems and components of an electronic, mechanical, electro/mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic nature


• Repairing or replacing defective parts, equipment utilizing manuals, drawings, specs and other written or verbal instructions


• Must be able to work weekends, evenings, holidays and overtime as needed.

Must have 2 years of experience in electrical/mechanical or technical training.
