Halfords is looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join our Bangor team. You’ll carry out MOT tests to DVSA standards and perform a wide range of maintenance and repair work, from diagnostics to routine services, ensuring high standards.

We offer excellent training and development, with a comprehensive benefits package including 5.6 weeks holiday, staff discounts, and an uncapped bonus scheme with average earnings of around £6,200 a year, plus 36k-42k salary.

Competenze

• Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
• Valid MOT Testing Licence.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 9 points.

As a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester, you’ll carry out MOT tests to DVSA standards and complete a wide range of vehicle maintenance and repair work. From advanced diagnostics & repairs to routine services, you’ll ensure every job is done to the highest standard.

Skills and experience

• Level 3 qualified in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent qualification or experience)
• Valid MOT Testing Licence
• Must have a full drivers licence with no more than 9 points
