Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD seeks an experienced Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join our premier family-run workshop in Totton. You will conduct official MOT tests, diagnose electrical and mechanical faults across a wide range of makes and models, and perform general repairs to high standards.

Requirements include an active DVSA MOT Tester Licence, a full UK driving licence, your own hand tools, and proven experience in a fast-paced workshop.

Qualifications

• Active DVSA MOT Tester Licence (essential).
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic competence in a fast-paced workshop.
• Solid knowledge of routine maintenance, repairs, and fault-finding.

Responsibilities

• Conduct official MOT tests on cars and light commercial vehicles.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults across a diverse range of makes and models.
• Perform general repairs to high standards.

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: Up to £42.5k basic per annum + rewarding performance bonus scheme
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (NO WEEKENDS)
