Job summary

ManpowerGroup's client, an innovator in vehicle maintenance, seeks a Vehicle Technician 1 in Austin, TX to join the Maintenance Department supporting the Fleet Operations Team. You will configure, diagnose, and sign off on vehicles for safe on-road operation.

The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude, with 2–4 years of technician experience and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Configure, set up, maintain, diagnose, and sign off on vehicles for safe on-road operation

• Create diagnostic test plans and maintain detailed service records and quality reports
• Maintain shop facilities, tools, and workspace to ensure a safe and efficient environment

Our client, an innovative leader in vehicle maintenance and engineering support, is seeking a Vehicle Technician 1 to join their team. As a Vehicle Technician 1, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the Fleet Operations Team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $46

What's the Job?

What's Needed?

• Extensive knowledge of vehicle maintenance methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials

• Minimum of 2 - 4 years of technician experience in a related field

• Valid driver's license with a clean/excellent driving record

• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong communication skills, honesty, and responsibility in all tasks
