Job summary

Experis Technology Group seeks a Vehicle Systems Operability Engineer to join our client’s fleet operations and vehicle software organization in Auburn Hills, MI. This role focuses on end-to-end operability across deployments, with emphasis on troubleshooting and coordinating release validation.

You will drive root-cause analysis, support proving-ground activities, and ensure software deployments meet performance expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with fleet management and fleet operations support.
• Hands-on knowledge of OTA updates and deployment/validation activities.
• Diagnostics and troubleshooting to isolate and resolve vehicle software operability issues.
• Familiarity with CAN tools for diagnostics and investigation support.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis and support audit readiness and continuous process improvement.

Our client is seeking a Vehicle Systems Operability Engineer to join their team. As a Vehicle Systems Operability Engineer, you will be part of the fleet operations and vehicle software organization, supporting end-to-end vehicle software operability across deployments. The ideal candidate will bring strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills, a quality-focused mindset, and the ability to coordinate release validation and corrective actions in a fast-paced environment.
