Job summary

Applied Intuition is seeking a Software Integration Engineer in Sunnyvale, CA to champion end-to-end integration across our vehicle software stack. You will work across software and hardware to ensure seamless integration, from workstation through SIL/HIL to target hardware, including ARXML against AUTOSAR RTE contracts.

You will define target use-cases with customers and own the integration project to completion.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Linux and Bash scripting.
• Proficiency in embedded C/C++ programming.
• 2+ years of experience in software integration or development.
• Degree in CS/Engineering/Mechatronics or related discipline.
• Understanding of electronic systems and debugging them.
• Experience with CI/CD and large software projects.
• Experience with ARXML and ARXML integration against RTE contracts.
• Experience with automotive protocols CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet, FlexRay, PSI5.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Knowledge of AUTOSAR Classic Platform architecture.

Responsibilities

• Champion delivery of features across our vehicle software stack.
• Work across software and hardware to ensure full system integration for customer delivery from workstation to target hardware.
• Deliver full-system features spanning software and hardware to meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with customers and business teams to define use-cases and ownership of integration projects.
• Work cross-functionally with product, software, mechanical, and electrical teams to deploy systems.
• Develop deep understanding of full system architecture and interactions of software/hardware.
• Integrate customer-delivered ARXML against generated RTE contracts and runtime.
• Coordinate with validation to verify components across SIL, HIL, and target, troubleshooting issues.
