Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $29.00/hr

Position: Vehicle Operations Associate

Duration: 3 weeks

Location: Burbank, CA

Hourly Rate: $25--29/hr

Schedule: Flexible, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Summary

Support vehicle readiness, quality, and logistics processes, including cleaning, inspections, and coordination for delivery and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare vehicle exteriors/interiors to meet quality standards
• Shuttle vehicles to/from nearby locations (fleet and customer vehicles)
• Perform pre-delivery inspections (cosmetic check, test drive, tool use)
• Use Microsoft Office and internal systems for process documentation
• Conduct quality control checks and report defects to service team
• Maintain vehicle delivery readiness and lot organization
• Prepare trade-in vehicles for auction transport
• Support various operational tasks as directed by leadership

Qualifications

• 1+ years in logistics, operations, or lot management (automotive/EV experience a plus)
• Experience with work orders preferred
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
• Subject to continuous MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) monitoring

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
• Comfortable working in service centers or varying weather conditions
• Frequent use of hands/tools; bending, kneeling, reaching required
• Must understand and communicate in English
• Able to interpret safety and operations documentation
