Experience identifying customer needs and recommending vehicle solutions.
Focus on creating positive, long-term customer relationships.
Clear and professional communication in-person and via phone/email/text.

Responsibilities

Greet and engage customers in showroom and lot.
Listen to needs and present appropriate vehicle options and features.
Conduct test drives and explain financing/ leasing options with the finance team.
Guide customers from initial inquiry to delivery of vehicle.
Maintain accurate records in the sales system and follow up with leads and past customers.
Collaborate with colleagues to meet individual and team sales goals.
Provide excellent customer service and uphold dealership policies.
