Job summary

Step One Automotive Group is seeking a Service Porter to help maintain vehicle cleanliness and assist the service department. You will greet customers, direct them to the right area, and ensure lots are tidy and organized according to dealership standards.

Responsibilities include tagging vehicles, moving cars as directed, and supporting team members in daily tasks. No prior experience is required, but you must pass a background check, drug screening, and MVJ.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Must pass a background check, drug screening, and Motor Vehicle Report.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 30 pounds.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold dealership standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain new and used vehicle appearance by cleaning interior and exterior surfaces.
• Greet customers and guide them to the appropriate department.
• Place buyer guides and stock tags on vehicles.
• Keep vehicle lots neat and organized per dealership display standards.
• Sweep, vacuum, and remove debris from work areas.
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report any issues.
• Move vehicles to and from service lanes and parking areas as needed.
• Manage keys and keep vehicles locked when not in use.
