Job summary

MobilityWorks is seeking a Service Manager to lead automotive repair operations. You will schedule production, service, and maintenance tasks, review work orders, and ensure quality and compliance while coordinating with sales and technicians.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 2-3 years of automotive repair management experience, strong customer service skills, and proficiency in electrical/auto wiring.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in automotive repair management.
• Proficiency in electrical and/or automotive wiring.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily scheduling of production, service, and maintenance tasks.
• Review and approve hours, applications, fitting times, alignment, and parts concerns.
• Document serial numbers and warranty cards; manage customer write-ups and orders.
• Monitor stock units and labor times; ensure OSHA compliance and participate in audits.
• Schedule and conduct monthly service meetings with technicians and the general manager.
