Job summary

GSP Transportation seeks a Vehicle Service Agent at the Greensboro airport to service and inspect rental vehicles, transport customers, and maintain logs. This full-time role is based in Greensboro, NC.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid driver’s license, exhibit strong problem-solving and customer service skills, possess basic computer abilities, and work well in a team. Training and benefits are provided as part of our commitment to employee growth.

Qualifications

• Must show proof of a valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR.
• Must be 21 years of age or have a driver's license for 3 years.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry, typing, and some experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work with a team and provide friendly customer service.
• Positive attitude and willingness to help others.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service rental vehicles for customer use.
• Review the inspection checklist to ensure vehicles are properly prepared.
• Transport customers to and from the rental center as required.
• Deliver vehicles to appropriate locations as directed.
• Maintain the service area, equipment, tools, and cleaning supplies.
• Maintain gas logs and other logs as requested by management.
• Inspect and park cars as directed.
• Perform related duties as required or assigned.

Position Summary

The Vehicle Service Agent is responsible for servicing and inspecting rental vehicles for customer use, transporting vehicles from the service area to customer pick-up, maintaining gas logs, and keeping the work area clean.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service rental vehicles for customer use
• Review the inspection checklist to ensure vehicles are properly prepared
• Transport customers to and from the rental center as required
• Deliver vehicles to appropriate locations as directed
• Maintain the service area, equipment, tools, and cleaning supplies
• Maintain gas logs and other logs as requested by management
• Inspect and park cars as directed
• Perform related duties as required or assigned

• Must be 21 years of age or have a driver's license for 3 years

Management Responsibilities

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities. This position reports to the Counter Supervisor and Location Manager.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting, working on a computer, twisting, bending, and walking; getting in and out of vehicles, driving, and inspecting vehicles
