Automotive Avenues in Wall Township, NJ is seeking a full-time Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our fast-paced team. Preferred candidates have 2+ years of automotive sales experience, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.

Automotive Avenues is hiring a full-time Vehicle Sales Consultant in Wall Township, NJ!

Quick Overview:

• Pay: Competitive earning potential between $115,000–$175,000 annually through a performance-based structure with unlimited potential
• Schedule: Rotating shifts (9 am - 6 pm, 12 pm - close), with full-day Saturdays

What You'll Do As Our Vehicle Sales Consultant:

• Guide customers through the buying process by understanding their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Present and demonstrate inventory with engaging test drives and detailed product knowledge.
• Achieve sales by meeting or surpassing monthly goals through transparent, customer-focused selling.
• Deliver a world-class experience from first handshake to final delivery.
• Leverage technology and team support to manage leads, follow up, and collaborate with your sales and finance teammates

Our criteria:

• Valid driver's license
• A clean driving record
• High school diploma
• 2+ years of automotive sales experience or applicable industry sales experience

Although not required, proficiency with VinSolutions, bilingual language abilities, and experience working at a high-volume car dealership are preferred.
