Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise Customer Service Representatives while processing vehicle registration, titling, and licensing transactions.
• Train staff and ensure accurate daily RTS operations and document verification.
• Handle cash reconciliation and ensure balanced cash drawer at shift end.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with strong decision-making.
• Input data into state RTS and related systems accurately.
