Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to manage reconditioning, PDI, and recalls for used and new vehicles, ensuring front-line readiness. You will coordinate with service and sales teams, prepare precise estimates, and drive efficient turnarounds while maintaining quality standards.

The role requires ASE certification (preferred), a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all reconditioning, PDI, and inventory recalls.
• Coordinate with service and sales teams to update on performance.
• Create comprehensive estimates from inspections including scope, cost, and timing.
• Ensure all repairs are on a single repair order and closed by the next business day.
• Schedule recon service technicians and porters to meet staffing needs.
