Job summary

Glovis America, Inc. in West Point, GA is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to conduct thorough vehicle inspections and audit the quality of our services. You will document findings, photograph non-conforming items, and promptly alert supervisors of issues to maintain high standards.

Applicants should have strong attention to detail, good communication, and basic computer skills. Experience with quality audits and a GPQMS app is desirable; this role works in a manufacturing/warehouse setting

Qualifications

• Must be able to audit the quality of all Glovis services and have the ability to detect minor vehicle issues.
• Inspect cars using GPQMS Audit App, specialized camera, and/or check sheets.
• Properly document results of the inspection and take pictures of non-conforming items and remain truthful when recording results of inspections.
• Alert Supervisor/Manager of quality concerns immediately.
• Provide input on corrective actions and countermeasures.

Responsibilities

• Audit vehicle quality and identify issues during inspections.
• Document inspection results and capture photos of defects.
• Communicate quality concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Assist with corrective actions and monitoring of corrective measures.
• Support development and training of staff on quality inspections.
