Didlake, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Representative II to inspect and document vehicle conditions for Privately Owned Vehicles (POVs) within the Global VPC program.

You will assess vehicle integrity, note damages, and ensure compliance with GPC standards while delivering excellent customer service during transportation and storage. Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in documenting vehicle conditions.
• Strong understanding of vehicle inspection procedures and reporting.
• Ability to read and complete Vehicle Inspection Forms (VIF).

Responsibilities

• Inspect inbound, outbound, and stored vehicles for condition and content.
• Document exterior/interior damages with reports and photos.
• Conduct joint vehicle inspections with customers to identify items.
• Ensure loose items are packed and vehicles are safe for transport.
• Verify VINs, mileage, and tire tread depth.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized inspection staging areas.
