Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Vehicle Patrol in Milwaukee, WI. The role involves patrolling, maintaining a visible presence, and delivering excellent customer service in an automotive environment.

A valid driver’s license and driving history are required, with schedule from Mon-Sun 3:00 PM–11:00 PM. Responsibilities include monitoring access, reporting incidents, completing logs, and coordinating with responders as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Background check in accordance with federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees and visitors at an automotive manufacturing location.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor credentials per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications accurately and in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
