Allied Universal in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking a Part-Time Driving Patrol Security Officer to protect clients across automotive, warehouse, and office environments. The role emphasizes visible presence, responding to incidents, and providing friendly customer service while patrolling both vehicle and foot routes.

Requires a valid driver's license and flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license required per Allied Universal policy.
Customer service experience preferred.
State, county, or city-issued security-related license preferred.
CPR and/or First Aid certification preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Background investigation as per federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
Respond to incidents and access-control concerns calmly following site protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols of automotive production, warehouse, parking, office, and perimeter areas to identify hazards and policy violations.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization, and document entries and observations.
Report maintenance, traffic, or facility concerns to Allied Universal leadership.
