You will lead cross-functional discussions across logistics, manufacturing, and engineering, applying 3D CAD (UG-NX, TeamCenter) and lean methods to deliver cost-effective packaging for current and future vehicle programs.

Qualifications

• Must have strong project management capabilities and lean thinking.
• Experience applying root cause analysis techniques.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across logistics, manufacturing, and engineering.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD tools (UG-NX) and PLM systems (TeamCenter).

Responsibilities

• Develop robust packaging solutions that protect quality and optimize container density.
• Design and manage multiple container concepts to meet program milestones.
• Create validation protocols for loading, transportation, and unloading to ensure real-world performance.
• Ensure high first-time quality and drive cost-efficient packaging designs.
