This role is responsible for supporting vehicle delivery and service operations through detailed preparation, inspection, and logistics tasks. Key responsibilities include:

• Performing exterior and interior vehicle cleaning to meet quality standards.
• Shuttling fleet and customer vehicles between locations as needed.
• Conducting pre-delivery inspections, including cosmetic checks, test drives, and using tools like torque wrenches and compressed air systems.
• Utilizing business software and tools for documentation and reporting.
• Managing vehicle readiness for delivery and coordinating defect reporting with service teams.
• Maintaining the vehicle lot to ensure safety and organization.
• Staging and preparing customer trade-in vehicles for auction transport.
• Supporting other operational tasks as directed by leadership.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience in logistics, automotive, EV, or detailing roles preferred.
• Familiarity with writing service orders is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and ability to pass MVR checks.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in varying weather and service center conditions.
• Physical capability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), standing, and walking for extended periods.
