Job summary

Peregrine Hospitality’s Camelback Resort seeks a skilled Vehicle Mechanic to maintain and repair fleet vehicles and equipment, ensuring smooth daily operations across the property.

The role involves troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, completing repair orders promptly, and supporting the Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor while upholding safety standards for guests and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays; hours may exceed 40 per week during peak season
• Must be able to speak and read English; additional languages a plus
• Understanding of electrical and mechanical repairs
• Strong electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting skills preferred
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL and inspection license preferred but not required
• Ability to work well in a team environment and provide strong customer service
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 lbs
• Ability to tolerate exposure to busy, noisy work areas and varying weather conditions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to operate tools, equipment, and machinery safely
• Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests

Responsible for maintaining and repairing company fleet vehicles and equipment to support daily operations.
