Job summary

Camelback Resort in Tannersville, PA, is seeking a Vehicle Mechanic to maintain and repair our fleet of guest transport and support equipment. You will diagnose electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

The role requires strong problem-solving, safety awareness, and the ability to work with team members in a fast-paced resort environment. We offer training, flexible schedules, and perks including complementary resort access.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays; hours may exceed 40 per week during peak season.
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must be able to speak and read English; additional languages a plus.
• Understanding of electrical and mechanical repairs.
• Strong electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting skills preferred.
• Valid driver's license; CDL and inspection license preferred but not required.
• Ability to work well in a team and provide strong customer service.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 lbs; tolerate busy, noisy work areas and varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate tools, equipment, and machinery safely.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.

Responsibilities

• Complete repair orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Perform electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs.
• Assist the Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor with daily operations and maintenance needs.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.

Responsible formaintainingand repairing company fleet vehicles and equipment to support daily operations.
