Job summary

ADESA, a Carvana-owned company, seeks a full-time Lot Helper to move and stage vehicles across the lot in support of auction activities. You will report to the Operations Manager and work Monday through Friday on site in New Jersey.

Responsibilities include coordinating lot driving, monitoring workflow, maintaining safety and inventory accuracy using the Internal Tracking system, and assisting with jump-starts when needed. A valid driver's license and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18+ with valid driver’s license.
• Able to safely drive a variety of vehicle makes, models, and sizes.
• Automotive or auction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate lot driving to move and stage vehicles.
• Monitor workflow across the lot and provide direction.
• Operate vehicles safely and courteously.
• Move, stage, and park various makes and sizes of vehicles.
• Scan vehicles in the Internal Tracking system for inventory accuracy.
• Jump-start vehicles with a battery box when needed.
• Maintain safe work areas and report hazards.
• Ensure adherence to policies and laws.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
