Job summary

Cox Automotive in Hamilton, OH is seeking a Fleet/Driver Team Lead to manage a team moving auction vehicles across the lot and remote sites. You will coordinate schedules, orient new drivers, and monitor vehicle flow using mobile tools.

Responsibilities include daily vehicle checks, safety adherence, and enforcing Cox/Manheim values while guiding staff and ensuring accurate vehicle disposition.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' related experience.
• OR 5 years' related experience.
• Valid driver’s license required and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of drivers to move auction vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Direct work assignments, schedules, and training for crew members.
• Utilize mobile devices and scanners to manage workflow and vehicle locations.
• Perform daily vehicle maintenance and safety checks on vans.
• Enforce company policies and ensure respectful treatment of employees and customers.
• Oversee overtime as business needs dictate.
