Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Generally, less than 2 years of related experience is expected.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Organizing and parking vehicles in designated zones based on digital dashboard instructions to maximize lot efficiency.
• Directing the physical flow of vehicles through the sales lanes to the auction block and back to the parking lot after a sale.
• Ensuring cars are operational by basic checks and coordinating with staff for maintenance as needed.
• Operate a wide variety of customer vehicles safely across the lot.
• Uphold Cox/Manheim values and ensure respectful treatment of all employees and customers.
• Follow company policies on employee and customer conduct and safety procedures.
