Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Vehicle Integration Technician to install, integrate, test, and troubleshoot complex electronic systems in vehicles and test rigs. The role demands deep electronics knowledge, the ability to work independently, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive electronics integration.

• Strong reading of wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of SAE/ISO standards and regulations is beneficial.

Job Description

As Senior Vehicle Integration Technician will be responsible for the installation, integration, testing, and troubleshooting of complex electronic systems in various vehicles and test racks. This position requires a deep understanding of electronics, a proven track record of success in vehicle integration, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Install and integrate vehicle electronic systems including HIL test systems, prototype vehicle systems, telematics, ADAS, infotainment, EV charging systems, high-voltage batteries, and aftermarket accessories

• Ensure all wiring, connections, and configurations meet manufacturer specifications and industry standards

• Perform system testing and validation to ensure functionality, performance, and safety

• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement repairs or modifications

• Document testing procedures, results, and system changes
