America's Auto Auction (Atlanta) is hiring a Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer in Cartersville, GA. This full-time position requires accuracy in reviewing inspection data and photographs to generate detailed condition reports, with daily output of 20–30 reports.

Training is provided, and the role involves outdoor work in various weather conditions. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver's license for the duration of employment.
• Good driving record.
• Able to work in all kinds of weather and outdoor settings.

Responsibilities

• Review vehicle inspection data and photographs to prepare detailed condition reports.
• Identify damage, wear, and discrepancies using guidelines and industry standards.
• Ensure reports meet internal quality standards and client requirements.
• Collaborate with field staff and inspection teams to clarify findings as needed.
• Submit accurate, professional reports in a timely manner to support vehicle sales and valuation processes.
• Complete 20 to 30 condition reports per day.

Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer

Growing national auto auction company! Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer needed for our Cartersville, GA auction!

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team. No experience is required. Training will be provided. The ability to be outside and on your feet most of the time is required for the success of this role.

Prior experience as a rental car damage inspector, insurance appraiser/adjuster, collision/body shop estimator, auction vehicle inspector, dealership vehicle appraiser, or as a related inspector or appraiser is a plus.

Rewards for Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer:

• $18.00 per hour + weekly bonus of $100.00 - $300.00

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Work Hours for Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer:

• Monday - Thursday 9AM - 5PM
• Friday 7:30AM - 5PM
