Haddad Plumbing and Heating Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for the upkeep of vehicles, tools, equipment, and facilities. You will diagnose and repair mechanical issues, service, inspect, and ensure all assets operate safely and efficiently across our fleet.

Qualifications

• Experienced in Vehicle, Equipment, Tools, and Property Maintenance.
• Skilled in Heavy Equipment Repairs and Preventive Maintenance.
• Strong Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Abilities.
• Detail-Oriented and able to work independently.
• Capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, clean, and service all tools and equipment.
• Track and manage vehicle documentation monthly and report updates to HR.
• Verify vehicle inspections are current with stickers.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on heavy equipment.
• Service company vehicles with oil changes, tire rotations, brake checks, and fluid checks.
• Coordinate and transport vehicles for required inspections.
• Monitor daily vehicle sign-in/out logs with HR.
• Ensure work tickets are completed for all vehicles and equipment.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on delivery trucks and dump trucks.
• Make repairs to maintain vehicle inspections.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.
