Job summary

Lexima seeks a reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Pooler, GA, ensuring smooth operation and upkeep of our facility. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment as needed, working with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, can prioritize tasks, and understands electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. A valid driver’s license is a plus and implies readiness for on-site work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, checking and replacing filters, and inspecting systems for proper operation
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems as needed, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
• Other duties as assigned
