Job summary

Polaris Inc. is seeking a role to support the execution of vehicle electronics and software development programs, coordinating across electrical systems, embedded software, and connected technologies from concept to production.

You will partner with engineering teams, program leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues, manage risks, and maintain momentum, gaining broad exposure to vehicle electronics development.

Qualifications

  • Experience with project management tools and scheduling methods.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate engineering tasks and support vehicle electronics and software deliverables across projects.
  • Track program scope, requirements, risks, and issues; align with objectives.
  • Apply the Polaris Product Development Process to document and meet requirements.
  • Support development of project schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
  • Ensure electrical and software deliverables align with platform requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inputs and maintain alignment.
  • Prepare and communicate clear status updates for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support risk identification and mitigation throughout development cycle.
  • Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team environment.
