Polaris Inc. is seeking a Staff Vehicle Electrical Control Systems Engineer to own electrical features from concept to vehicle realization. You will work across product owners, architects, validation, and manufacturing to translate concepts into defined behavior and requirements.

The role relies on MBSE, MATLAB/Simulink, and CAN-based diagnostics, with hands-on vehicle work to ensure end-to-end feature performance and readiness. Join a team focused on innovative off-road experiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related technical field required.
8+ years of relevant experience in systems engineering or electrical control systems.
Experience with MBSE tools (MATLAB/Simulink, Stateflow, SysML/UML) and requirements management.

Responsibilities

Own electrical features from concept through vehicle realization, leading cross-functional teams.
Define customer experiences and align stakeholders on feature behavior and criteria.
Develop architectures, interfaces, and requirements traceability; create test plans and vehicle-level verification.
