Job summary

Stellantis NV in Auburn, AL seeks an empowered Functional & Electronic Architecture Technical Manager to oversee the full vehicle scope across Core and Edge ECUs and vehicle software. You will lead technical discussions, collaborate across teams, track KPIs, and chair the CCB to resolve change requests.

The role requires a strong leadership presence, ABET-accredited engineering degree, and 10+ years in automotive electrical systems.

Qualifications

ABET-accredited degree in electrical or mechanical engineering (or equivalent).
Master’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering (ABET-accredited) is preferred.
Excellent leadership and presentation capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discussions within module teams and across the vehicle platform to drive alignment and robust solutions.
Collaborate with System Team to address integration challenges and multi-module constraints.
Monitor and report technical status and KPI across modules, including requirements tracking and validation status.
Chair Change Control Board (CCB) decisions and ensure timely resolution of change requests.
Organize workshops and action plans to resolve gaps relative to target architecture or performance.
Facilitate seamless integration of all module teams into the vehicle platform with alignment to technical requirements.
Identify bottlenecks, scalability issues, and cross-functional dependencies.
Own and maintain Global Feature Readiness Availability and Testability Control File.
