Job summary

Stellantis seeks a Functional & Electronic Architecture Technical Manager to oversee the Atlantis High Functional & Electronic Architecture, including Core and Edge ECUs and all vehicle software.

You will lead technical discussions, collaborate with System Team, monitor KPIs, chair CCB meetings, and drive alignment with target architecture. Requires ABET engineering degree and 10+ years in automotive electrical systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering (or equivalent) from an ABET accredited university.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in automotive electrical systems.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle electrical and electronic systems.
  • Proven leadership and presentation skills.
  • Ability to independently manage complex technical issues.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to structure and communicate information clearly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Access, Outlook).

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discussions within the module teams and across the vehicle platform to drive alignment and robust technical solution.
  • Collaborate closely with System Team to address integration challenges and manage multi-module constraints.
  • Monitor and report technical status and KPI across modules, including requirement tracking, development progress and validation status.
  • Chair the Change Control Board (CCB) decision meetings, ensuring timely and effective resolution of change requests.
  • Organize and lead workshops and action plans to resolve inconsistencies or gap relative to target architecture or performance.
  • Facilitate seamless integration of all module teams into the vehicle platform, ensuring alignment with technical requirements.
  • Identify and address bottlenecks, scalability issues, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Own and maintain the Global Feature Readiness Availability and Testability Control File, ensuring consistency between functional design readiness, target software implementation dates, actual software availability, and testability status.
