Job summary

GLS North America is seeking a detail-oriented automotive detailer to wash, vacuum, and meticulously prepare vehicles for delivery in a fast-paced shop environment.

You will inspect cosmetic quality, coordinate with the Quality Inspection team, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while meeting production deadlines. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• 1–3 years of automotive detailing experience.
• Reliable transportation and stable work history.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
• Able to stand, work on feet, and use detailing equipment all day.
• Background check and drug screen requirements.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, wash, and detail the interior and exterior of vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles to ensure they meet cosmetic quality standards.
• Work closely with the Quality Inspection team to address cosmetic concerns.
• Record time worked on each vehicle.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Coordinate with teammates to ensure production deadlines are met.
• Assist with special projects and additional tasks as needed.
• Take pride in delivering vehicles that exceed customer expectations.

What We're Looking For
