Pay Scale: The Detailer Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $18.00 and $23.50.

Duties

• Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles using our products, processes, and techniques.
• Perform exterior and interior car cleaning, including washing, vacuuming, window cleaning, waxing, steam cleaning, and more.
• Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure a flawless finish and exceed customer expectations.
• Identify and report any vehicle damage or maintenance needs to the supervisor, lead, or relevant personnel.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.

Skills / Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in car cleaning, detailing, or similar automotive roles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results consistently.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work weekends, variable shifts, and some holidays as required.
