Job summary

GLS North America is seeking a detailer to clean, inspect, and prepare vehicles to meet the highest quality standards. You will work in a professional automotive environment with a Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities for growth within the company.

The role offers starting pay at $19.00/hour, with weekly pay and access to on-demand pay, plus comprehensive benefits and a 401(k) with company match. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years detailing experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of automotive detailing experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Able to stand for long periods and work on feet.
• Reliable transportation and a consistent work history.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, wash, and detail the interior and exterior of vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles to ensure cosmetic quality.
• Record time worked on each vehicle.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Coordinate with teammates to meet production deadlines.
• Take pride in delivering vehicles that exceed customer expectations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Vacuum, wash, and detail the interior and exterior of vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles to ensure they meet cosmetic quality standards.
• Work closely with the Quality Inspection team to address cosmetic concerns.
• Record time worked on each vehicle.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Coordinate with teammates to ensure production deadlines are met.
• Assist with special projects and additional tasks as needed.
• Take pride in delivering vehicles that exceed customer expectations.

What We're Looking For

• You're at least 18 years old.
• You have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• You have 1-3 years of automotive detailing experience.
• You have reliable transportation and a consistent work history.
• You have excellent attention to detail and take pride in producing high-quality work.
• You're comfortable working on your feet, inside vehicles, and using detailing equipment and cleaning products throughout the day.
• You can meet the company's background check and drug screen requirements.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
