Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Five to ten years of progressive design engineering or product development experience using solid-modeling CAD; SolidWorks strongly preferred.
• GD&T, tolerance analysis, DFM, DFA knowledge.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop 3D models of components and assemblies in SolidWorks, addressing function, structure, manufacturability, serviceability, and assembly ease.
• Prepare complete component and assembly drawings with dimensions, tolerances, materials, finishes, notes, and revision info for release to suppliers and manufacturing teams.
• Develop and maintain BOMs and engineering documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support prototype and production builds with hands‑on assembly, fit checks, troubleshooting, and design adjustments.
