Horsepower Automotive Group seeks a passionate Product Development Engineer to join our multi-brand team, focusing on adventure van components and assemblies. You will drive design, testing, and optimization of metal structures and machined parts using Solidworks, in a collaborative environment.

You’ll work on sheet metal weldments, packaging designs, and manufacturing drawings, documenting changes and validating designs in real-world trials.

Formación

• Experience creating 3D models and technical drawings for vehicle components.
• Hands-on experience with sheet metal and weldments and design for manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop vehicle components.
• Test components in real world scenarios.
• Identify and resolve engineering challenges, including troubleshooting and implementing corrective actions.
• Create packaging designs and technical drawings for manufacturing.
• Maintain detailed documentation of product specifications and testing results.
• Stay informed about industry trends and customer feedback to drive innovation.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and marketing to bring products to market.
