Job summary

Holman Enterprises is seeking an experienced professional to develop complete up-fit specifications that meet client business needs. You will review OEM-aligned specifications, communicate changes, and maintain knowledge of chassis availability and model year updates.

You will serve as the primary contact for design questions, provide timely quotes, and collaborate across sales, engineering, and suppliers to drive efficiency and savings for customers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in an automotive or manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience in commercial truck/up-fitting.
• ASE training is a plus.
• Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with ERP, MRP or BOM management systems is a plus.
• Experience reading electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop complete, accurate up-fit specifications to meet client needs.
• Review specs for OEM applications, processing standards, and fitment/compatibility.
• Document and communicate resulting changes.
• Maintain knowledge of chassis availability and model year changes.
• Serve as a single point of contact for vehicle design questions.
