Holman seeks a Regional Engineering Manager to lead upfit specification development, coordinate with Auto Truck, ARI - Supply Chain, and OEM partners, and drive successful project implementations.

Responsibilities include site visits, lifecycle analysis, and maintaining deep product knowledge across chassis configurations. Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 3 years within Holman.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years in any Holman business line.
• Knowledge of OEM specification development for chassis and body development.
• Expert knowledge of chassis and upfit configurations and limitations.

Responsabilidades

• Identifies and qualifies new prospects for upfit opportunities.
• Support site visits pre-RFP and during implementation.
• Collaborate with Auto Truck and ARI - Supply Chain leadership.
• Attend industry events representing Holman Business Services.
• Manage OEM and vehicle design selection and review timing.
