Bergstrom Cadillac Buick GMC is seeking a Vehicle Delivery Specialist (Product Genius) to be the showroom technology expert. You will deliver personalized product demonstrations, conduct engaging test drives, and ensure a thorough, memorable vehicle delivery.

You’ll collaborate with Sales Advisors to translate features into benefits, explain infotainment and safety tech clearly, and help guests feel confident in their vehicle choice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a related bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Strong communication and guest service mindset is essential.
• Passion for automotive technology and ability to explain complex features clearly.

What You'll Do

As a Vehicle Delivery Specialist (Product Genius) at Bergstrom Automotive, you will serve as the premier technology and product expert on our showroom floor, helping guests navigate the exciting world of modern automotive features after the sale. In this role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge vehicle technology and an exceptional guest experience by delivering personalized product demonstrations, conducting engaging test drives, and leading thorough, memorable vehicle deliveries.

Working collaboratively with our Sales Advisors, you will use your passion for cars and technology to simplify complex features—such as infotainment, connectivity, and safety systems—ensuring every guest feels confident and excited about their purchase. Vehicle and Technology Expertise:

• Develop an in-depth understanding of all vehicle models, trims, features, and technologies offered by Bergstrom Automotive.
• Stay up-to-date on new product launches, industry trends, and technological advancements.

Guest Engagement:

• Welcome and assist guests by providing product demonstrations tailored to their needs.
• Educate guests on the functionality and benefits of advanced features, such as infotainment systems, safety technologies, and connectivity options.
• Conduct test drives and answer questions to ensure guests feel confident in their vehicle choices.

Support the Sales Team:

• Collaborate with Sales Advisors to support the guest buying journey.
• Assist in explaining product features and benefits to enhance the sales process.
• Provide guidance to team members on vehicle technology and updates.

Delivery Experience:

• Ensure each guest receives a thorough and personalized vehicle delivery experience.
• Demonstrate how to operate vehicle features and set up customization options for guests.
• Follow up with guests post-purchase to answer questions and provide continued support.

Showroom Presentation:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
• Set up displays and ensure vehicle technology is functional and ready for demonstrations.

Schedule: Monday-Saturday (Sundays off and one week day off) Hours: Varies between 10:30am to 7:00pm and 8:00am to 5:00pm
Pay starts at $18.00/hour (based on experience)

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree in a related field is a plus.
• Passion for automotive technology and guest service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex technologies in a simple, easy-to-understand way.
• Proficient with technology, including mobile devices, apps, and automotive systems.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
