Job summary

LDV, Inc. in Burlington, Wisconsin, is a world leader in custom specialty vehicles. We seek a Part-Time Vehicle Delivery Specialist to deliver vehicles across the U.S. and Canada and train customers on features.

You will handle pre-delivery paperwork, assist with finalizing sales, and perform upfit repairs in the field. Travel is required; weekends availability is expected, and the role offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• CDL license with air brakes (or higher) is preferred.
• DOT Medical Certificate or ability to obtain one.
• U.S. Passport or ability to obtain one.
• Prior customer service experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Over-the-road travel is required; LDV covers fuel, meals, hotel, and transportation.
• Train the customer on vehicle features after delivery.
• Assist customers in completing paperwork to finalize the sale of the vehicle.
• Perform upfit repairs to existing customers’ vehicles in the field.

Job responsibilities

• Over-the-road travel is required. Fuel, meals, hotel, and transportation costs are paid by LDV.
• Upon delivering a vehicle, train the customer on how to use its features.
• Assist customers in completing the paperwork necessary to finalize the sale of the vehicle.
• Perform upfit repairs to existing customers’ vehicles in the field.

Requirements

• Preferred CDL (Class B with Airbrakes or higher) with an excellent driving record.
• Have or qualify to get a DOT Medical Certificate.
• Have or qualify to get a US Passport.
• Mechanical aptitude and electronics experience are a plus.
• Prior customer service experience is desired.
• Availability for some weekends is required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
