This full-time role involves vehicle prep, inventory monitoring, and assisting with deliveries while staying updated on Lexus training and certifications.

The position emphasizes organization, tech-savviness, proactive collaboration with the sales team, and a professional presence to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor inventory and ensure vehicles are clean and fueled.
• Support Sales Team with daily tasks, including moving vehicles and prepping for delivery.
• Assist with managing and updating social media platforms.
• Respond to phone calls and emails professionally and promptly.
• Master all features and technology of Lexus vehicles to support customer education.
• Help maintain and improve Lexus website content (e.g. feature guides, tech explanations).
• Aid Sales Managers with overflow tasks and special projects.
• Stay current on all Lexus training and certification.
• Uphold company standards, safety policies, and procedures.
• Take initiative and perform other tasks as needed to support the team.
