Vantage Mobility LLC is seeking a Production Line Technician in Phoenix to disassemble, modify, install, and reassemble vehicles during the complete conversion process. The role involves working with OEM and aftermarket components across chassis, electrical, mechanical, and interior systems.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of vehicle components and systems.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed work instructions, drawings, diagrams, and procedures to complete production tasks accurately.
• Disassemble, modify, install, and reassemble OEM and aftermarket vehicle components as required.
• Perform modifications and installations involving various vehicle systems including suspension, braking, fuel, cooling, electrical, and interior/exterior components.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Inspect completed work for fit, alignment, workmanship, and function.
• Communicate quality, safety, fit, or installation concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following PPE and 5S.
