Job summary

Vantage Mobility is seeking a Production Line Technician in Phoenix, AZ to perform disassembly, modification, installation, and reassembly of vehicles throughout the conversion process. You will work with OEM and aftermarket components, performing modifications across suspension, braking, fuel/EVAP, cooling, A/C, electrical, and other systems.

Ideal applicants have a high school diploma, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read instructions, with excellent communication and teamwork

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of vehicle components and systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions, diagrams, and SOPs.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

  • Follow detailed work instructions, diagrams, and SOPs to complete tasks accurately.
  • Disassemble, modify, install, and reassemble OEM and aftermarket components.
  • Modify and install systems including suspension, braking, fuel, EVAP, cooling, A/C, electrical.
  • Use hand and power tools and measuring devices safely and effectively.
  • Follow factory torque specs, engineering requirements, and approved procedures.
  • Inspect finished work for fit, alignment, quality, and function.
  • Report quality, safety, fit, material, or installation concerns to supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following PPE and 5S.
  • Meet production, quality, safety, and takt-time targets.
  • Participate in training, cross-training, and continuous improvement.
  • Perform other related production duties as needed.
