Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use power and hand tools safely.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, diagrams, and SOPs.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install interior and exterior components following diagrams and instructions.
• Inspect parts and assemblies for quality, fit, and function.
• Identify defects, report deviations from specifications, and maintain quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment and follow safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet production goals and deadlines.
