Job summary

Polaris Inc. is seeking an assembler to perform a wide range of tasks, including building vehicle parts, sub-systems, and components on a moving assembly line. You will install subsystems, parts, and components and inspect for quality to meet standards.

The role requires reading and following processes, operating power tools and production equipment, and maintaining safety and a clean work area. 18+ years old and basic computer skills are needed.

Qualifications

• Must read, understand, and communicate in English.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• Able to read and follow established processes and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safely use and operate various tools including power tools, hoists, and production equipment.
• Maintain a consistent pace throughout the shift with focus on quality.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance.
• Accurately complete paperwork required for production records.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow established processes and instructions.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations strictly and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Participate in continuous improvement process.
• Perform duties assigned by Supervisor and/or Group Leader.
• Work overtime as required and mandated by production schedules.
