Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a job-related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Four years of job-related experience with at least two years in a leadership role.
• Two years of experience in emergency response and/or hazard tree removal projects.
• Familiar with vegetation management contractors’ work practices and line clearance requirements.
• Must maintain a Class C driver’s license with DMV EPN program and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead vegetation management operations and outside contractor work.
• Guide project teams to complete required tasks.
• Participate in emergency response per safety requirements and labor agreements.
• Support process improvements, scheduling, and VM activity coordination.
• Assist with customer relations, pre-inspection monitoring, and field visits.
• Coordinate with Client Representative on contractor directions and program goals.
• Assist in contract review and OMS safety programs.
